Josh lives in Poulsbo with his wife Mallory and their four children. When not in the office, he enjoys running and biking, and is actively involved in New Life Church and Mission House Ministries.

Juan Trevino
Executive Assistant and director of operations
An alumni from the Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University, Juan Trevino supports Team Phillips by utilizing his experience and knowledge working with a variety of computer systems and people from around the world to tackle any challenge or task set before him. His primary objective is to organize and manage the operations of Team Phillips to ensure Josh Phillips can maximize his time with his valued clients and help their dreams become a reality.
Juan lives in Poulsbo with his fiancé Jessica and their two dogs Thor and Loki. When not in the office he enjoys SCUBA diving, hiking, snowboarding and any adventure involving a good view and great people.
